- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 3/4 c Almond/Coconut Milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp Non-fat Yogurt Alternative Add-In
- 1 scoop Protein Powder Alternative Add-In. You can use 2 scoops as directed on package but note this may be very filling.
